Connecting Facebook to Instagram in Seconds

A quick tutorial on connecting your Facebook Page to your Twitter Instagram account.

Here are the basic steps on turning on the messaging for Instagram messaging in your Facebook Page messaging

  1. Go to your Facebook Page (i.e. www.facebook.com/SocialWebCafe).
  2. Click on “Settings” (at left). If you are not logged in as admin of the page, you will be given that opportunity.
  3. Click on the slider for “Allow access to Instagram messages in Inbox” to turn on the feature.
  4. Test by checking your page messages and seeing if you are also able to see your brand Instagram messages, as well.

You are all set-up with your connection between Facebook Page and Instagram, for messages…

Social media sites are really doing great with these partnerships. As social media sites realize the good connection between the through their users they will be able to make things more convenient for us. One great connection I found about was the Skype to Facebook. That way people like me who are only concerned about chatting and actually connecting with my friends, and not reading self-centered status updates, will be able to do so through the Skype interface. It even lets me call them!
